It had only booted a couple of minutes at that point.
I had rm -rf'ed /var/db/freebsd-update/*
in order to update the debug-symbols to the current kernel-level.

And bang, it panic'ed again.

This is really weird.
But shows that most of my systems aren't really stressed at all, apparently.
