I have enough RAM in vm, so I'll gradually raise it and let you know when build succeds. Sorry for bothering you with my misconfiguration and thank you for your help. Let's leave this open until build succeeds, maybe someone will benefit from finding the value to set for poudroere's MAX_MEMORY.
