This is an OpenPGP/MIME signed message (RFC 2440 and 3156) --------------enig54E9AFE5C9D47B76DF64BA18 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1 Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable The point of MFC'ing cpio(1) changes is that it has fixed some old bugs that can potentially damage user data. Personally I'd rather replace it with the BSD pax(1) found in the base system, if we had a proper GNU cpio(1) test suite to make sure that we did not break something. It might be interesting to do check the recent NetBSD/OpenBSD changes and apply the appropriate ones.
