Capital punishment is the defense by God's collective people of God's law. Paul said that government is an ``agent of wrath to bring punishment on the wrongdoer'' (Rom 13, NIV). Society doesn't define morality, it defiles the morality God defined. Sin keeps us from delighting in the true morality of his Word. We settle for temporary pleasures of the creation instead of infinite pleasure in the Creator. -Drew To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-chat" in the body of the message
