I'm unable to answer that question, since these messages were generated from
using poudriere to build linux-related packages.

I was able to reproduce the "syscall arch_prctl not implemented" line from
rebuilding www/linux-brave. But that's the only linux package I use outside of
the depended linux-rl9 ones.

What I did after my -current upgrade is that I rebuilt my entire local package
cache to hopefully ensure the best stability for daily driving. After
completing my poudriere-bulk, I noticed these messages in ttyv0 when doing a
reboot.
