There is broad consensus that the nature of a volunteer engineering project requires a notice on the community page, and equally broad consensus that a the previous warning, naturally due to it's nature, is too strong. And we all love gjb. I cry every time this comes up. We want to let people know without unsettling them. We are currently working off "Feel you don't belong here?" contributed by bugmeister@.
