I appreciate that you are contributing a patch, but I have to voice my opinion about adding application configuration logic (as opposed to build configuration logic) into the port. Is it really sensible to do this? There are hundreds of options that could need configuration (in an application server), where should it stop? The normal case is to run one instance per machine. For more complex configurations the orion/config/rmi.xml and others can be edited easily. Regards, Markus.
