Bernd, You can download the latest version from: ftp://ftp.pc.ibm.com/pub/pccbbs/mobiles/uttpfdos.exe ftp://ftp.pc.ibm.com/pub/pccbbs/mobiles/uttpfdos.txt If you can find a Windows/DOS machine: format /s a floppy run uttpfdos This will unpack PS2 onto the floppy, which you can now use on the 365XD by booting the new PS2 floppy.
