Which "you"?  You the programmer that stuffed it into the product, who
are more qualified than any to judge it's merit, or you the product 
manager who got clubbed with it, or you the corporate decision-maker
who gets to decide if the product can be shipped or not?  You the end
user who perceives the ultimate value of the product, but little or 
none of the operational details?

Lawyers suck.
