As of FreeBSD 12 revision 322823 this is no longer reproducible.  However, =
its
still possible to hit deadlocks when building zpools atop zvols (see
https://svnweb.freebsd.org/base?view=3Drevision&revision=3D294329).  So that
feature is gated by the off-by-default sysctl vfs.zfs.vol.recursive.
