Synopsis: chmod doesn't work with msdos files

State-Changed-From-To: open->closed
State-Changed-By: ceri
State-Changed-When: Wed Nov 24 14:51:50 GMT 2004
State-Changed-Why:
FAT32 doesn't support permissions, so chmod cannot do anything here.
If you want to change the permissions of the mount point (i.e.,
/mnt/usbFM and /mnt/windata in your case), change the permission
before you mount the FAT32 disks.
