Sorry, I received something like a comment and I changed my mind. bindresvport_sa() should have same semantics with bindresvport() and maybe putting them into same man page will be better. So I would like just bindresvport2.3 is repo-removed. I am not sure about realhostname_sa(), because realhostname()'s arg is in_addr * and realhostname_sa()'s arg is sockaddr *, so they are not so similar...
