The whole thing? Especialy the last 3 words? Somehow your system clock has gotten very far out of whack. Like, almost 3 hours out of whack. Use ntpdate to synch your clock manually to the preferred server from your ntp.conf file, then start xntpd. It's a good idea to do that every time anyway to avoid this exact situation.
