There is a paper on how to do that with FreeBSD (We're using FAI and Debian on HS20 Blades): http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/articles/pxe/ Perhaps you can try to install the server via PXE. In the end, if you're lucky to have quite a lot of servers, a PXE based installation would be one way to go :) hth, Marianhelp
