Hello Rishikeshan, If you're using a LicheeRV device, you can refer to https://wiki.freebsd.org/riscv/AllwinnerD1 By building a kernel from mhorne's |d1-dev |branch (https://github.com/mhorne/freebsd/tree/d1-dev) and installing it onto your SD card, your device should boot up normally.
