This is part of what jkh brought up at MeetBSD. There are some devices that r= un FreeBSD that generally would run RTOSes, but instead run FreeBSD to do tr= anscoding and perform other tasks. One instance he brought up was an HDMI ca= ble. Devices like this don't necessarily need remote access, so there's no sense i= n running sshd, etc on them.=
