XFree86 4.0 is currently marked FORBIDDEN because of a local root
compromise. The XFree86 developers have been totally unwilling to take
responsibility and fix this, so FORBIDDEN it will stay until they do.

In the meantime, you'll have to compile it manually from ports after
removing the FORBIDDEN tag yourself.
