I noticed this, thanks!  I'll be recommending this file to anyone with
a 2.1.5 system who wishes to try and get their non-functioning IDE
CDROM to work.  It's a pity, in fact, that I didn't know this was 2.1
relative until just now (I'd assumed you'd made your changes to
-current) or I'd have stuck it in the experimental section.  Ah well.

Anyway, this brings us to my next point, which is that the atapi stuff
has changed somewhat in 2.2 in order to support devfs and I won't be
able to simply drop your stuff on top - we're going to have to re-port
your changes into the 2.2 codebase before I can commit it to the
FreeBSD source tree.  Since you understand the nature of your changes
far better than I do, could I perhaps convince you to grab a copy of
the relevant kernel sources from -current and do the merge?  I'll
be happy to take things from that stage forward.
