I too get those exact messages with my bktr, and my sound drivers.

pcib0: <PCI host bus adapter> on motherboard
pci0: <PCI bus> on pcib0
WARNING: "bktr" is usurping "bktr"'s cdevsw[]

snd0: <SoundBlaster 16 4.16> 
WARNING: "snd" is usurping "snd"'s cdevsw[]
sbmidi0 at port 0x330 on isa0
snd0: <SoundBlaster MPU-401> 
WARNING: "snd" is usurping "snd"'s cdevsw[]

The devices all work fine, though.
