Branding it to Linux soved the problem. Maybe a relict of the ELF changes long ago... I havn't touched the rpm for ages. BUT I did a "file /compat/linux/bin/rpm" which identifies Linux anytime. SO shouldn't there be the same chance for identifying for the executor? Thanks anyway for the reminder!
