OK... ;-) What I was trying to say that RELENG_4_5 won't be there
before 4.5 is released.

I think the normal sequence of events is establishing RELENG_4_5_0
and then RELENG_4_5 to contain critical (security) fixes. But I could
be wrong. Studying the commit logs might give you the ultimate clue I
suppose.
