Subject:   ah/sa error on FreeBSD-4.3 STABLE?

Got the attached messages on a computer which was totally idle. Anybody
know what it means?

  The sa device is an external  HP Surestore T20 connected to a
  Adaptec-2940UW.

However the error seems to be intermittent, I can't seem to reproduce
it. Is the hardware failing on me?
