Has anyone got these devices to work ? umass0: SanDisk ImageMate CF-MS , rev 1.10/0.12, addr 2 da0 at umass-sim0 bus 0 target 0 lun 0 da0: <SanDisk Imagemate CF-MS1 0100> Removable Direct Access SCSI-0 device da0: 650KB/s transfers da0: 61MB (125440 512 byte sectors: 64H 32S/T 61C) cage# camcontrol devlist <SanDisk Imagemate CF-MS1 0100> at scbus0 target 0 lun 0 (da0,pass0) cage# cage# usbdevs -d -v Controller /dev/usb0: addr 1: self powered, config 1, UHCI root hub(0x0000), Intel(0x0000), rev 1.00 uhub0 port 1 addr 2: power 100 mA, config 1, ImageMate CF-MS (0x0820), SanDisk(0x0781), rev 0.12 umass0 port 2 powered cage# yet any sort of disk read or write activity results in /kernel: da0: reading primary partition table: error reading fsbn 0 The unit does work off a windows box so the hardware and CF are good and are formatted with plain old FAT. The unit is a dual CF and Memory stick reader. I wonder if its trying to talk to the wrong device inside ? However, when I stick it in windows, the first drive letter is the CF device, not the memory stick. ---Mike -------------------------------------------------------------------- Mike Tancsa, tel +1 519 651 3400 Sentex Communications, mike@sentex.net Providing Internet since 1994 www.sentex.net Cambridge, Ontario Canada www.sentex.net/mike To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-stable" in the body of the message
