Proposed fix

APST is an optional NVMe power saving feature that allows devices to
automatically enter higher non-operational power states after a certain amo=
unt
of idle time. It should (sometimes significantly, up to as much as 3W, as in
case with Toshiba XG5) reduce the controller's power consumption and theref=
ore
increase battery life.
