	You mean other than not following the instructions? :) All you had to
do was remove the file that it told you about and you'd have been in
fine shape. The tcl/tk stuff is no longer part of the base distribution
(yay :) and keeping the old files around can cause problems, as the
ports makefile was trying to tell you.
