Not very--at least, no publicly known research suggests that quantum
computers will be immediately useful against hash algorithms.  The only
published quantum algorithm relevant to cryptography (that I know of) is
for factoring large numbers in polynomial time.

(Sorry, couldn't resist commenting as I just finished my thesis on quantum
computing and Fourier transforms!)
