It looks like a username and/or password issue if you can not get passed the authorization stage. You need to contact the System Administrator for that mail server or your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and tell them about the problem so they can fix it. Also in situations like this it is very helpful to know what operating system you are running along with the name of your mail program such as Outlook Express or Netscape or Eudora you know the most famous programs. Who is your ISP or where exactly you trying to get your mail from? Hopefully that is a start in the right direction. Good Luck.
