I think this PR clearly shows the limitations of the mandoc system when one
output format uses fixed-width characters and other output formats uses
variable-width characters. Maybe the next best thing is to select column wi=
dths
that are output format agnostic, i.e. my first patch correcting only the ac=
tion
table, and leave the rest to be tweaked manually as needed.
