Log:
Now that alpha prezeros pages, catch up to rev 1.113 of i386/vm/vm_machdep.c
from Oct 31, 1998 and rename machdep.cnt_prezero to
vm.stats.misc.cnt_prezero. This has gone mostly unnoticed, since the
alpha platform hasn't pre-zeroed pages until now.
