It is read-only, but you can partially destroy LDM metadata on given disk. LDM keeps information about all volumes on each disk, and i guess windows can recover destroyed metadata. It is targeted to get access to some windows partitions. Actually, it is possible make better LDM support in conjunction with GEOM_RAID, but i think we don't need it :) -- WBR, Andrey V. Elsukov
