flag_utime_omit_ok flag was removed in libfuse3, libfuse2 have it.


libfuse3 used in:
devel/gvfs
sysutils/acfgfs
sysutils/fusefs-sshfs
sysutils/kio-fuse
sysutils/moosefs3-master
Probably all these ports work incorrect now with atime update.
