There is a port of radius in the ports collection:
SkyRsh# ls /home/ncvs/ports/*/radius
Makefile,v files patches pkg
SkyRsh#

You should be able to pick it up under
ftp://ftp.freebsd.org:/pub/FreeBSD/ports
some place.
