Apologies for the repeated to-and-fro, I now lean towards (again) treating this as a duplicate of 207150. emaste@ any thoughts? tl;dr I changed the title of 207150 today after discovering that: A/ pool names such as 'sys' or 'COPYRIGHT' can lead to extraction failures during installation and B/ pool name 'sbin' can lead to failure after booting an apparently successful installation.
