No.  They bought it out before the royalties went up.  A/UX is
actually based on SVR3, nor SVR4.

There are other issues which would end up making it a difficult
case, and a P.R. nightmare for whoever bought the suit.

Have you been following the "Windows/Lindows" case?  It seems
that it now hinges on whether or not "Windows" is even defensible
out of common use (USPTO denied it in 1991, after 7 years).
