I stumbled upon a PR [1] a few days ago about a driver for those sound cards. The author was not interested in working on it any more, as he does not own those cards nowadays. Looking at its code, it seems like a relatively old codebase, so I suppose it should be working fine. If any of you owns a card like this, please let me know.
