No, that=E2=80=99s wrong.

For normal manpages, you *must* use -mandoc because you can=E2=80=99t know =
ahead of
time whether they want -man or -mdoc (-mandoc is a =E2=80=9Cswitch=E2=80=9D=
: it checks from the
first macro the manpage calls whether it=E2=80=99s a -man or a -mdoc page a=
nd loads the
correct one).
