Synopsis: Java 1.4 fails to compile under FreeBSD 4.11

State-Changed-Why:
Closed after some discussion with the submitter. I believe this is
almost certainly due to some missing kernel options as I can execute
the Linux JDK on my 4.11 system. The missing options would be difficult
to track down since Bill has moved on to 5.x.
