It should at least have a textproc cross reference here then.

Last I checked, we have text search engines scattered far and
wide in the ports collection....freeWAIS is listed in *net* of
all places!

I tend to think they should all live in either textproc or
databases, with cross references to www when they are clearly
intended for web applications, as ht://dig is.
