A quick fix would be just updating the where.adoc for this language, but it actually reveals a deeper problem - currently, only the English version is the source of truth, and all other languages rely solely on relevant committers for chasing the updates. So it is guaranteed that other languages will have outdated content at some point in time. I believe a better way is to find a way to reuse the actual release tables from the English version directly.
