I have three questions regarding the GNATS problem tracking tool: 1) How do i get the multiple databases feature of GNATS to work? i have configured it to use two databases, but all PRs are sent to the default database. 2) I've used a web front-end called "gnatsweb" to successfully submit problem reports from within a LAN, but every time i try to access it from outside the firewall, i get a "network error: connection reset by peer." anybody know what might be happening? i'm running it off a Debian Linux host using AOLServer (latest version of both), and i get the network error from both Netscape 4.6 and IE 5.0 (even though i can browse dozens of other sites with no problem). i'm not sure what the firewall is (would that matter?). 3) Is there a more specific group i can post these questions to?
