Synopsis: The man page for "ldconfig" may have the wrong State-Changed-From-To: open-closed State-Changed-By: phk State-Changed-When: Wed Apr 29 07:32:29 PDT 1998 State-Changed-Why: both. To remove a shlib from the cache, you need to reread the cache. If one of them has been removed from the filesystem, it will be removed from the list. This works for adds too I belive.
