pkgdepfix:
- Implement automatic guessing.
- Add yes-to-all to the choices of yes/no prompt.
- Do "stty sane" on interrupt.
portupgrade:
- Backing up +REQUIRED_BY must have been done before pkg_delete.

Because of the portupgrade bug, portupgrade -u would have broken some
of your +REQUIRED_BY files. Please fix them up with pkgdepfix.
