After installation from ports and reboot a computer on the console there is a message arpwatch, then:
rl0 promiscuous mode enabled
The finishing message (before occurrence of inquiry of a name ** the password):
rl0 promiscuous mode disabled
That is interesting if to start handles from the console arpwatch works!
