Please remove bitrot associated with maxusers too:
- GENERIC declares maxusers to be 0, but this has no effect since ...
- ... maxusers is statically allocated to 0 in config/config.y, and the
  warning about it not being set in the config file is commented out in
  config/mkoptions.c:
