I would personally never use Linux for certain technical reasons
which are not at all relevant here, but this is an absurd claim:

More bullshit.

Learn the facts before you spout such rubbish.  And ask yourself
how your beloved FreeBSD can use gcc and gdb as its installed
compiler and debugger if the GPL is so evil and FreeBSD is so
good.  I don't have the inclination to check, but I'd be very
surprised if there weren't other parts of FreeBSD under the GPL
as well.

I won't take up the rest of this insane diatribe, and I
certainly won't add any more to this subject, but I'd suggest
that innocent newbies who may have seen it should forget they
ever saw it.
