Hi,
I have seen this problem too on both my 4.7-rc and -current box
It apears that ldconfig does not remember the diffrent paths after a
reboot
locate libeutil.so.0
/usr/X11R6/lib/evolution/1.1/libeutil.so.0
when I run as root "ldconfig -m /usr/X11R6/lib/evolution/1.1/"
evolution starts
