	I haven't played a DVD in quite a while but I know for sure
that it's possible.  
	Your orignal problems (pts difference) might stem from the way
the vob file is put together.  You really should try another player
(like mplayer).  I would suggest decrypting/copying the file to disk
and see if it helps.
