There's a documentation effort in progress. In case you haven't come across those URLs yet: https://www.freebsd.org/status/report-2025-01-2025-03/#_vision_accessibilityaccessibility_handbook and https://lists.freebsd.org/archives/freebsd-accessibility/2025-July/000050.html . There was also work in progress on a rudimentary speech synth feature for text (not GUI) virtual consoles, but that's not enough for a TUI-based installer, I think. And speaking of TUI installers, there's also a speech-friendly (or friendlier) replacement for the port configuration dialog, portoptscli (ports-mgmt/portoptscli). Let me (or others on the list) know if you'd like elaboration. -- #BlackLivesMatter #TransWomenAreWomen #AccessibilityMatters #StandWithUkrainians English: he/him/his (singular they/them/their/theirs OK) French: il/le/lui (iel/iel and ielle/ielle OK) Tagalog: siya/niya/kaniya (please avoid sila/nila/kanila)home | help
