            Bug ID: 294434
           Summary: ICMPv6 ping doesn't work in Linuxulator
           Product: Base System
           Version: Unspecified
          Hardware: Any
                OS: Any
            Status: New
          Severity: Affects Only Me
          Priority: ---
         Component: kern
          Assignee: bugs@FreeBSD.org
          Reporter: rbranco@suse.com

To reproduce:

$ doas podman run --rm --os linux docker.io/library/alpine ping -c1 -6
google.com
PING google.com (2a00:1450:4016:800::200e): 56 data bytes
ping: setsockopt(ICMP6_FILTER)

On dmesg I see:
[204.306419] linux: jid 4 pid 6462 (busybox): unsupported setsockopt level 58
optname 1

Same with Debian image:

$ doas podman run --rm -it --os linux docker.io/library/debian
# Inside container:
# echo "APT::Cache-Start 251658240;" >> /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/70-debconf
# apt update
# apt install iputils-ping # or inetutils-ping
# ping -6 2a00:1450:4001:c15::8b
ping: connect: No route to host

The problem is no handling for IPPROTO_ICMPV6 (58) / ICMP6_FILTER (1) in
getsockopt/setsockopt.  I'll try to submit a fix.
