Here is an example of a thermal dt node for Allwinner H3 (note the different compatible string, base address, etc): https://github.com/jaredmcneill/freebsd/blob/allwinner-h3/sys/boot/fdt/dts/arm/orangepi-plus-2e.dts#L121 Your best bet is to merge any changes from that file into your own (working) dts.
